In Red Dawn starring Chris Hemsworth, and Josh Peck, was action packed. In the movie Hemsworth and Peck were brothers they played Jed(Hemsworth) and Matt(Peck). Jed was a marine just returning from Iraq, whose brother did not like him. This relationship was because they had not seen each other in along time. Jed left when his brother was in a time of need. Having come back the next day he learns that North Koreans are taking over the country, with the help of Russians (since North Korea defeated them). There is only a small group of Russians that is being used in the United States, the special forces, the rest of Russia is supplying the weapons. Matt, the star quarterback for the town team, helps stop the invasion. He gathers a group of friends to help. These friends become soldiers by training led by Hemsworth character. this movie revives a 9 out of 10 for the camera angles. when they use a shot from inside the scope of a rifle, an angle from the helmets of a small group of unretired soldiers. also there are some that are placed on the grenade so you see it as the throwing and rolling of it. there is a shot of the movie where you only see the shell casings landing on the floor. it gets a 7 because the way the violence is shown by through the camera angles. but if you notice in other war movies you see a great amount of blood. in here there are a few shots of seeing knife wounds and gun shot wounds but they only last for about two seconds. the intense moments in the seen are given a 3 because in some war or other violent films like this when you see a person shot you would usually have a close up of the shots entering the body in slower motion than the people moving around him. then when a person should finally fall, everything should return to the original speed. over al the movie gets a 6 and that is really being generous.
