The Impact

Larry Curtis Jr.
Larry J.Curtis Jr, is a retired USAF veteran that served 24 years active duty. A journalism major, his inaugural tenure as one of the staff writers of the Impact started with the spring 2012 semester. He was promoted to Features Editor, and was then promoted again to Managing Editor in the fall of 2012.

He has a flair for being a bit outside the box with his up-beat, up-front and honest demeanor. Having a deep compassion for the well being of others, he lives by the motto "ignorance is no excuse for the lack of common human decency." His goal is to become a feature story freelance columnist/writer while pursuing his passion of being a fiction based novelist.
