President Obama, president or empty suit?

On October 3, 2012 the first presidential debate between President Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney was held at The University of Denver in Denver Colorado. The topic was domestic policy, for those of you who doesn’t know what domestic policy is, it’s an area of public policy which concerns laws and government programs. President Obama started with his opening statement and he started it off well, but what happened to our president was he even there or was he with Beyonce and Jay-Z ?

At the beginning of the debate both candidates had two minutes to give their opening statements, both candidates had started off well. Pres. Obama said it was his anniversary and made the people laugh, then he got down to business, then Gov. Romney had his turn and got straight to business. Over the course of the debate Romney kept hammering on valid points and when it came time for Pres. Obama he kept rerouting the question or stuttering his answers or maybe it was due to the fact his teleprompter was not there either. But there was so many excuses by the Obama administration about why he lost the debate, but I think like most of America, there is no excuse, as president of The United States of America you have to bring your A game when someone is challenging your position. I remember when both Pres. Clinton and Pres. Bush ran for reelection they both brought fire and determination to the debate. If Pres. Obama keeps this up we may be looking at a new president come January 20th, 2013.

This week Gov. Romney has gone up in the polls, all he has to do is keep up what he is doing and bring his best to the table. For Pres. Obama, you know when MSNBC,one of the biggest endorsers of the Pampered President’s reelection campaign has stated that Mitt Romney won the debate you know that the President has to go back to the drawing bored.
