Maverick Society students are taking the Bottle and Can Recycling Drive to a whole new level!
You have probably noticed our recycling boxes located around campus. Please remember, that only EMPTY bottles and cans should be deposited in these boxes.
CAN THIS PROGRAM REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Absolutely – Join us this April for Trash to Treasure Tuesdays. On the 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th of April, the Mercy College Community is coming together to recycle and make a difference!
If every student attending class on a Tuesday placed one bottle or can into a recycling box, we could recycle over 5,000 bottles and cans, and raise over $400 toward scholarships in one day!
Imagine the impact over an entire semester?! Support the Class of 2013’s fundraising efforts and deposit your empty bottle or can today!
