Witness is a religious rock band from The Bronx, Westchester and Rockland, that was formed back in 2008 but was previously known as One Accord. After several months of playing music together, certain changes were made to the band and left behind members Phil, Johnson, Stanley, and Blesson. 2008 was a big year for the band due to the fact that not only did they mold the band together, but they also had their first gig. After their first gig, Witness took off from there by playing in schools as well as local churches.
Witness is lead by Phil Ninan, James Thomas Jr, Stanley George, and supported by Blesson Matthew, and Johnson George. Some key influences that each member follow are well known name bands such as Skillet, Coldplay, John Mayer, and Flyleaf.
